I worked alongside Elisabetta Iannucci at Studio 65 to redesign the visual identity for the high-end fashion brand Ports 1961. Each Ports collection is inspired by a different country, so the clothes can look quite different from season to season. They needed an identity that could feel sturdy but chic next to an ever changing product aesthetic. Exercising restraint and consistency was key. For the initial phase of the re-design we created a new wordmark, style guide, press materials, and various collateral items for stores and showrooms. The final look and feel has since been implemented into everything from clothing labels to large scale retail installations in Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
