I got tapped to help develop a quick turn, high-impact campaign at Atlassian that would be focused on getting IT and Service Management users to switch from their current software to Jira Service Management. After an initial ideation sprint, the concept we landed on was a tongue-in-cheek parody on social awareness campaigns meant make light of how terrible Service Management can be when it is executed poorly. The result was a whole program of great copy-writing paired with bold visuals and rolled-out across an array of high visibility channels. It was such a pleasure getting to flex the Atlassian visual identity and tone of voice for an audience that really appreciates it.
