Since the opening of the first Sonos Studio in Los Angeles, Sonos has been producing small publications to document all the performances, exhibits, and workshops that take place there. Over time the mission of the Sonos Studio Zine has broadened to include a wider range of editorial content focused on music, art, and technology. I worked closely with Justin Chen at Bruce Mau Design and Danielle Krasse at Sonos to create the Zine’s third installment. Along with designing the whole book we got to help shape the content which included interviews with Kate Tempest, Rick Rubin, and Q-Tip; illustrations by Saiman Chow, Sage Vaughn, and Roids; photo essays of an performance art piece by Bafic; and a reveal of the new Sonos Studio London space.
