♦ sending 'keep up the inspiring work' e-mails to artists and designers on the web whose work gets me super jazzed ( because it has occurred to me lately that bold and unexpected statements of unabashed positivity may be the only way to take the internet back from the purveyors of rampant negativity who abuse the anonymity of user comment boards )
♦ walking
♦ being one of the first few brave souls to take a dance floor in a venue ( no matter how awkward or lonely ) with the goal of giving permission to every other soul in the place whose body yearns to do more than a step-touch.
